ABOUT ME

“I am originally from Oklahoma City, where I grew up in a broken home witnessing the pain of addiction and trauma in my parent’s lives. Music was my oasis in the midst of the depression and anxiety.

Though my childhood was less than ideal, this upbringing ignited a passion to help other people who have experienced grief and profound loss while still trying to become their unique and authentic self.

So I attained a Bachelors in Religion & Philosophy, spent over a decade as an ordained minister, and then pursued a Master of Science in Professional Counseling to become a psychotherapist/coach to help Creatives heal from trauma.

As a therapist/coach, I don’t just draw upon my clinical training to help folks, but my lived experience as a neurodivergent person, creative, entrepreneur, musician, and former pastor.

Being a therapist is one of the greatest honors of my life to date. I continue to be in awe of the resilience my clients display in the midst of their own lived experiences. Which is why I am a solution-focused practitioner. This approach takes the durable strengths that people have and launches them at a new future that is absolutely achievable.”
